Air fryer Double Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 medium egg

  • 70g Natural Yogurt

  • 70ml Olive Oil

  • 70g Caster Sugar

  • 25g Cocoa Powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 100g Dark chocolate chips (hold back a small handful of chocolate chips)

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix to combine.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between 8 silicone muffin cases and add a few of the reserved chocolate chips on the top of each muffin
  • Put the filled cases into your air fryer and cook on 160oc for 12/15 mins or until the tops have risen.
  • Leave to cool slightly before removing from the air fryer drawer and leaving to cool on a wire rack.
