
Ingredients
1 medium egg
70g Natural Yogurt
70ml Olive Oil
70g Caster Sugar
25g Cocoa Powder
Pinch of salt
100g Dark chocolate chips (hold back a small handful of chocolate chips)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Divide the mixture evenly between 8 silicone muffin cases and add a few of the reserved chocolate chips on the top of each muffin
- Put the filled cases into your air fryer and cook on 160oc for 12/15 mins or until the tops have risen.
- Leave to cool slightly before removing from the air fryer drawer and leaving to cool on a wire rack.
